It had become more widely recognized in the selling profession that coaching is often required to get a salesman or a sales force up to the level where they should be. Under the guidance of a good sales coach, those salesmen who are struggling break through to where they want to be, those who are good because great, and those who are the best just get even better. If you’re in sales or if you run a business and have a sales department, don’t assume that you don’t need a sales coach to help you or your sales staff.
