Next we will co-create a development plan that is in alignment with your personal sales objectives, learning style and schedule.  Your plan will outline the learning activities, progress measurements and time frames associated with your personal sales improvement program. 

Your coaching sessions will be supported by a range of learning activites utilizing a variety of resources and tools including my own Sales by Design - Perspective, Proficiency & Process workbooks.  Each module is designed to structure your learning around specific sales skills.  The exercises will guide you in developing your own scripts, sales questions and presentations in language appropriate to your sales style and selling environment.  

I'll also be directing you to newsletters, books and audio tapes from other sales professionals and coaches in the field.  The advantage in being open to all popular sales theories is that we can incorporate the best thinking in the field into one very personalized sales approach. 

Don't worry about practicing on live clients.  We role-play your cold calls, presentations, objection responses and proposal justifications.  For the role-play resistant, there are alternative techniques we can employ to practice delivering your sales message effectively.
